Delete your account and data
You can ask us to delete your Plipcard account and everything tied to it, whether you signed in on the website or in the iOS or Android app.
- Write to us at the email below, from the same email address you use to sign in to Plipcard.
- Tell us you want your account and data deleted. If you have more than one card, say which one, or ask for all of them.
- We'll confirm by email once it's done. This usually takes a few business days.

- Your login and account.
- Your card's profile: photo, details, links, colors and any custom text.
- Leads and scanned contacts saved in your account.
- Notification tokens for your phone.
What we keep, and why
- Order and billing records (name, shipping address, amounts), for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep them.
- Basic logs needed to keep the service secure and prevent abuse, kept only briefly.
