Your profile is safe. Open Recover, enter your card ID (printed on the card) and your activation email, and we'll resend your edit link. Your digital profile keeps working while you get a replacement.

How do I cancel or change my payment method?

Open your card's edit link and choose "Manage my payment method," or go straight to the billing portal below and enter the email you paid with.

Is the Basic plan really free?

Yes, forever. You pay once for the physical card and your Basic profile stays online with no monthly fee. VIP and Dual Mode are optional paid upgrades.

Does it work with iPhone and Android?

Yes. Tap the card to the top back of any phone, no app needed. If a phone doesn't support NFC, the included QR code works as a backup.
